Background music is permitted within a controlled limit (maximum 85 dB). Events involving DJs, live bands, or amplified performances are not permitted. The venue is not intended for party-style events and is best suited for calm, curated, and professional activations.

As the space is located in a mixed residential and commercial area, tenants are expected to comply with standard local regulations regarding operating hours, sound levels, and neighbour consideration.
