Located in the heart of Paris, in the heart of the Parisian golden triangle, close to the avenue Montaigne , The loft is warm, bright, an ideal place for unique events in an atmosphere of calm and serenity.

Divided into 5 spaces,

1st space 70m2 with a ceiling height of 4 meters.

2nd space 38m2 with a ceiling height of 4 meters.

3rd space 30m2 with boudoir kitchen for fittings

Most of the place:

-Napoleon and Robespierre lived here; Napoleon and Robespierre lived here Le 18 Rue Marbeuf, a former number 44, in fact, the building which contained numbers 42 and 44 were destroyed and rebuilt in 1872, year in which «Allée Marbeuf» was named «rue Marbeuf» which marked the end of the Second Empire.
