With a ground-floor surface area of 100 square metres, this bright space features a large 7-metre long by 4.50-metre high shop window, ensuring optimum visibility on the street and equipped with security glass. The interior features a rough-cast concrete floor, including a vast main room of over 70 square meters, as well as an adjoining showroom with a fitted kitchen and toilet.
