The furniture can also be used for your event (clothes racks and hangers, furniture, decoration, sofa, bluetooth, kitchennette, air conditioning and heating, internet, video projector, etc.). Please note that the daily rental hours are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, delivery of keys the day before available from 3:00 pm at a rate of 500 € HT. The space is also suitable for birthday parties, in this case the rental starts on the day of the rental at 3 p.m. and the recovery of the keys takes place the next day at 3 p.m. at the daily price. Any additional hour costs € 100 excl.VAT and beyond midnight, the rate is € 200 excluding tax per hour. Likewise, a security guard is compulsory for any event fulfilling one of the following two conditions: invitation of more than 50 people & event beyond 8 p.m. Free of charge, a security agent is offered to you for one evening only for a period of 4 hours of presence, an additional hour costs 30 € HT and will be deducted from your deposit check during the outgoing inventory.
