Pour garantir que vos paiements sont correctement attribués aux réservations effectuées via nos plateformes, veuillez vérifier que toute facture mentionnant « Storefront » concerne bien des services fournis par notre groupe.

Comment vérifier qu’une facture est émise par nos services

Une facture émise par Minoa Retail SAS (Storefront France) ou Nomadic Retail AB / xNomad :

• provient d’une adresse e-mail se terminant par @xnomad.co ou @thestorefront.fr ; et

• demande un paiement via Stripe ou virement bancaire, comme indiqué dans votre tableau de bord sur xnomad.co ou thestorefront.fr.

Si une facture ne remplit pas ces critères, elle n’a pas été émise par nos services pour des prestations achetées via nos plateformes. Ne la payez pas avant d’en avoir confirmé l’origine auprès de l’émetteur et, si nécessaire, auprès de nous.

Si vous avez reçu une facture dont vous n’êtes pas certain(e)

• Ne procédez pas au paiement immédiat.

• Transférez l’e-mail complet, pièces jointes incluses, à [email protected]. Nous confirmerons si la facture correspond à une réservation effectuée via xnomad.co ou thestorefront.fr.

• Si vous avez déjà payé une facture n’ayant pas transité par nos canaux officiels, contactez-nous rapidement ainsi que votre prestataire de paiement afin d’obtenir des instructions pour la suite.

Factures émises par d’autres entités

Nous sommes informés que des factures mentionnant « Storefront » peuvent également être émises par des tiers, notamment :

• Space-to-pop

Ces entités ne sont pas autorisées à agir au nom de Minoa Retail SAS (Storefront France) ou Nomadic Retail AB / xNomad. Les paiements effectués auprès de ces tiers ne nous parviennent pas, et nous ne pouvons donc pas reconnaître ni honorer des réservations payées hors de nos canaux officiels.

Important notice: verify invoices relating to Storefront France / xNomad

To ensure your payments are correctly allocated to bookings made via our platforms, please verify that any invoice you receive referring to “Storefront” relates to services provided by our group.

How to verify an invoice is issued by us

An invoice issued by Minoa Retail SAS (Storefront France) or Nomadic Retail AB/xNomad will:

• come from an email address ending in @xnomad.co or @thestorefront.fr; and

• direct payment via Stripe or bank transfer as shown in your account dashboard on xnomad.co or thestorefront.fr.

If an invoice does not meet these criteria, it has not been issued by us for services purchased through our platforms. Do not pay it until you have confirmed its origin with the issuer and, if relevant, with us.

If you received an invoice you are unsure about

• Do not pay it immediately.

• Forward the full email and any attachments to [email protected]. We will confirm whether the invoice relates to a booking via xnomad.co or thestorefront.fr.

• If you have already paid an invoice that did not come through our channels, contact us and your payment provider promptly for guidance on next steps.

Invoices issued by other entities

We are aware that invoices referring to “Storefront” may also be issued by third parties, including thestorefront.com, thestorefront.com/fr, Pop Up Immo Inc, and Space-to-pop.

These entities are not authorized to act on behalf of Minoa Retail SAS (Storefront France) or Nomadic Retail AB/xNomad, and payments made to them are not received by us. We therefore cannot recognise or fulfil bookings where payment has been made to those third parties instead of through our official channels.

Legal ownership (France)

Minoa Retail SAS, our French subsidiary, owns the French trademark “Storefront” (INPI No. 4288363) and operates the domains thestorefront.fr, thestorefront.it, and thestorefront.hk for the activities acquired from Pop Up Immo SAS under a judgment of the Paris Commercial Court dated 20 December 2024.
