Studio includes carport parking directly outside of the workspace, for easy loading and unloading of your work. 1/2 flight of steps up to the studio. The studio is below the rest of the house, quiet and cool. Large walls on 3 sides, with window and open area to the garage below. Open the garage door and window for full breezes and light. House sits above the street and studio is not visible from the street. Studio does not have AC but remains cool due to being beneath the rest of the house. NOT a basement. If you need a quiet and safe place with 7 days a week access, to store your tools and create in a safe and uninterrupted location, this is the studio for you. Videographers, 3D Modeling, Podcasters, Artists, Illustrators, Potters. Bring your creative energies to their new home! No loud powertools or blowtorches or airbrushes. A market, coffee shop and restaurant are a quick 2 block walk from the studio.
