In the heart of Soho, this impressive 570sqm industrial space is suitable for all kinds of events, from exhibitions and art shows to conferences and presentations, fashion shows and press days to launch parties and evening dinners.

The venue is located just five minutes walk from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus stations so it's in THE most central London location. It has two rooms, the Gallery is 450sqm and holds up to 260 people whilst the Studio is 120sqm and holds up to 110 (when hired on its own). If both rooms are hired then total capacity is 320 people.

The Gallery interior is sleek with neutral walls and flooring which gives the space a cool industrial feel, and the Studio has brick walls and wooden floor providing more of a New York loft space vibe.

Power supply: 100 Amp 3-phase supply with 63A 3-phase, 32A 3-phase and 32A single phase sockets at each end of the building

Communications: Superfast 1Gb broadband line with wi-fi and wired ports throughout the space

Toilets: 9 (6 cubicles, 1 wheelchair accessible, and 2 mens urinals)

Fire detection and control: Fire alarm with automatic water sprinklers

The quoted daily fee is for an 8am to 6pm hire of the whole space but the venue can also be booked up to 11pm for an additional fee (see below). Either of the two rooms can be booked individually at a reduced cost and set up days are also charged at reduced rates.

Due to council restrictions, loading/unloading can only be carried out 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
