Our venue is located on Karl-Marx-Allee, in Berlin's historic monumental socialist boulevard built by the GDR between 1952 and 1960.

The central location between U Weberwiese and U Straußberger Platz with a direct view of the TV tower makes it easy to reach by public transport.

The space with its modern and elegant design can be arranged individually and according to your own needs and ideas.

The main room has approx. 80 sqm with a ceiling height of 4.7 m and five large window fronts (incl. entrance area), which can be ideally converted into shop windows with high visibility.

The space also has a fully equipped kitchen and WC.
