Stunning Indoor/Outdoor Flex Space in Downtown Santa Monica with Outstanding Service

Our space was designed to host elevated experiences. We've received nine Peerspace Open Door Awards for Best Meetings/Event venues in Los Angeles since 2023, and offer a multi-level, repurposed Penthouse Loft providing a bright, airy canvas with numerous activation opportunities for brand experiences, fittings, client meetings, events and more, daytime or evening (or both). Our flagship Loft space is 2,000 sq ft spanning three levels, and if necessary we also have a lower-level meeting or event suite (photo gallery upon request), for private C-Level discussions, extra space etc.

Pricing Note: Xnomad asks for weekly/monthly pricing here, we've plugged in some numbers here but pricing for extended stays will be custom (more expensive or less) based on the scale and scope of the stay, in general we host extended stays of 2-7 days (2-5 are the majority), but happy to look at all great fits.
