Ideal for pop-ups, press days, product launches and brand activations in a city where most available space is conventional. The top floor opens onto a 322 m² terrace, which is rare at this height in Frankfurt and works for summer formats, receptions and outdoor product display.

Each level offers something different. The top floor holds a lounge with a bar, meeting rooms and a built-in LED stage alongside the terrace, for up to 200 guests. The middle floor is a larger open space with flexible seating and breakout pods, taking 120 on its own or 200 in combination. The lower floor is built around a Mixed Reality Stage for immersive and broadcast formats, reaching 250 in foyer configuration.

Because the levels combine, a brand can run a launch on one floor and hospitality on another, with arrivals and catering kept separate from the main programme.
