Welcome to our 1,000 sq ft classic Soho loft, perfect for meetings, showroom appointments, and small-scale photoshoots (usable space is about 700 sq ft for showroom area) .

This turnkey character space features iconic columns, four expansive windows overlooking a quintessential Soho courtyard, and an abundance of natural light from its high-floor location. The loft is fully furnished with a conference table, chairs, industrial garment racks, shelving, and product displays, all available for your use.

Flexible Booking Options:

• Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with additional hours possible for an overtime fee (hours before 9am and after 6pm are billed at $200 / hour; all weekend time is billed at $200 / hr).

• Book for a few hours or the full 8-hour day.

• Long-term rentals available with pricing adjusted based on the duration and space required.

Customizable Space:

• Rent the entire showroom or just a portion, depending on your needs. Ideal for market week, buyer/press appointments, photoshoots, or creative meetings.

Please note, there is a workspace behind a half wall that may remain in use during rentals. The desks behind the half wall cannot be used, and we don't include this space as part of the space rent.

One of our team members will be there at the start and end of each booking, and available as needed on-site to assist with any questions or needs.
