500 square meters rooftop space for events

CO99 offers a 500sqm rooftop with a unique view of Milan. It is the perfect place to host events, private parties, shootings, business meetings and more.

The rooftop is divided into three areas: a dehor, a covered terrace and a garden. All these spaces are furnished with chairs, tables, deckchairs, becoming and umbrellas.

The 60-square-meter, glass-enclosed indoor room is very bright and complete with various amenities including: WIFI connection, sound system, 50” screen TV for sharing audiovisual content and presentations, air conditioners and heat pump, tables and chairs that can be arranged as needed.

The dehor is connected by sliding glass windows overlooking the main hall, which can be used in all seasons as a more elegant and decentralized space. Furnished with chairs, small tables, stools and ambient lighting.

The Garden overlooks an urban skyline and in warm weather is an ideal place to hold aperitifs, parties, and outdoor gatherings. Equipped with tables, chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas, outdoor shower and ambient lights.

Guests have access to a bar area equipped with vending machines at which they can consume snacks and packaged meals, a coffee machine, a juicer, and a water station.

Loading and unloading access with box ramp and elevator leading from floor -1 to floor 3 (rooftop).

We offer separate pre- and post-event cleaning service.

The facility does not have a kitchen, so we offer the option for our guests to bring their own catering or rely on our associated caterers.

Residence CO99 offers the possibility of renting rooms or apartments to guests who want to stay longer before or after the event. Also in the basement of the facility is a contemporary art gallery that offers interesting cultural events free of charge.
