Four-Room Bowery Gallery for Exhibitions and Pop-Ups

A complete four-room gallery at 243 Bowery on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, between Stanton and Rivington Streets, next door to the New Museum. White gallery walls, concrete floors and a skylit main room provide a setting for exhibitions, pop-up shops, fashion presentations, showrooms and product launches.

All four rooms are rented together. Daily bookings or longer only; no hourly rentals. NOT FOR THEM coordinates enquiries, bookings and scheduled access.

Rates: $1,875 per day; $10,000 per 7 days; $18,750 per 14 days; $31,250 per 30 days.

Included: basic cleaning before and after bookings, house staff for scheduled opening and closing, utilities and existing lighting, general space management and basic installation coordination. Specialized installation labor, dedicated event staff, security and extraordinary cleaning are quoted separately.
