Included in the space: 54-inch makeup table with built-in power, wardrobe racks, steamer, full-length mirror, ceiling-mounted projector and screen, Sonos sound throughout, Apple TV, Philips Hue colour lighting, green screen, wet pantry with sink, refrigerator and coffee station, wheelchair-accessible restrooms and an outdoor area. Run by a working photographer and videographer, so professional lighting, grip and on-site content capture are available if a brand wants images or film made while they are in the space.
