Inside, a fully finished, gallery-caliber space awaits: one expansive rectangular room wrapped in rich burgundy and sage walls, with floor-to-ceiling velvet drapery, sculptural dome pendant lighting, concrete floors, and lush greenery throughout that softens the space into something warm and alive. The drapery allows the room to be partitioned into two distinct zones as needed. Existing furniture and fixtures can be reconfigured or moved to the back to open up the full floor for events. Move-in ready with fixtures, mirrors, and plants already in place, ideal for a short-term pop-up, brand activation, styled photo or video shoot, or private event in the heart of Melrose's luxury corridor.
