Our beautiful loft is located in the heart of East Village. A 2,000sf apartment sitting on the 4th floor offering a bright and tranquil space with abundant flexibility and functionality, suitable for a multitude of production uses. With an open kitchen, work area, dining area, and elevator access, this space is perfect for any sort of project. Some amenities specific to this location include Sonos audio system, high capacity WiFi, meeting/screening area, magnetic wall, 18 windows, and diverse movable decor objects. We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands-on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you to load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. After the production, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment. Please note that the daily price includes 8 hours for a group of up to 14 people. Should your event require another time frame or a different number of guests, prices will vary (minimal rental time includes 4 hours) Certificate of insurance is mandatory to access premises.
