There is an annual fee of $1,836.61 payable to the City of Orange for use of half of the patio. Parking There is one reserved parking space in merchant's parking lot behind store. In addition, the City Municipal Parking Lot is directly behind building. Any proposed lessee for this property must submit a credit application.
