You would be able to use the entire space which is the whole 4th floor (2500 sq feet). There is a bathroom located in the very back. This fourth-floor space is located in Tribeca, a neighborhood known for its rich historical architecture. Tribeca is one of Manhattan's most prominent art gallery hubs, chic restaurants, and luxury shopping.

More Info: Our space is ideal for photoshoots, classes, get-togethers, intimate music performances, dinners, symposiums, receptions, etc. You would be able to use the entire space which is the whole 4th floor (2,300 sq feet). There is a small kitchen (gas oven and sink) and bathroom. Large windows let in natural light at the front and back of the space. There are track lights on the ceiling for adjustable lighting. Multiple walls can be cleared for a shoot or space, if needed.
