This calm, light-filled studio offers 39 m² (≈420 sq ft) of open practice space—ideal for yoga, meditation, wellness workshops, coaching sessions, intimate meetings, art/photo projects, or small private gatherings.

• Main studio (39 m²): smooth, warm flooring; large windows for abundant natural light; minimalist design that adapts easily to mats, chairs, or tables.

• Private downstairs level:

• Changing area for guests to prepare comfortably

• Fully equipped kitchen (sink, fridge, counter space) for tea service, light snacks, or catering setup

• Bathroom kept spotless and stocked with essentials

• Secure entry with a single Ring camera at the entrance; no other cameras inside the space.

The downstairs level is not included in the 39 m² measurement, so you gain extra comfort and storage without losing practice area.

Capacity

• Up to 12 participants for yoga or movement classes

• Up to 15–18 people for seated workshops, coaching circles, or small creative events

Cleaning & Care

• The studio is professionally cleaned after every booking: floors disinfected, high-touch surfaces sanitized, kitchen and bathroom restocked.

• Guests are asked to remove shoes on the studio floor and leave the space tidy to keep the serene atmosphere.

Pricing

• €25 per hour

• €150 full-day rate (up to 8 hours)

• Minimum spend €100

• Overtime billed at €25/hour (subject to availability).

• Cleaning included if the studio is left tidy; deep-cleaning may incur a small extra fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made ≥7 days before booking start.

• 50 % refund for cancellations 7 days to 48 hours before.

• No refund for cancellations <48 hours before or no-shows.

• One free reschedule allowed if requested more than 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

House Rules

• No smoking, vaping, or open flames.

• No alcohol or recreational drugs.

• Keep music/noise moderate; no amplified live bands.

• Only low-impact activities (no heavy gym equipment or high-impact dance).

• Respect quiet hours (10 pm – 7 am).

• Shoes off on the main floor unless required for the activity.
